These Terms of Use govern your use of the support and contribution page at baileyalysse.com/support, operated by Bailey Alysse Rivera, trading as Bai Creative, LLC ("Bailey," "we," "us"). By using this page or making a contribution, you agree to these terms.
All contributions made through this page — whether one-time or recurring — are voluntary financial contributions toward Bailey Alysse Rivera's independent creative practice. They are not tax-deductible charitable donations, and they do not entitle the contributor to any goods, services, equity, ownership interest, or intellectual property rights in Bai Creative, LLC or any of its work. No goods are sold or promised in exchange for contributions.
One-time payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are final. All one-time contributions are non-refundable. By submitting a one-time contribution, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used and that you are at least 18 years of age.
Monthly recurring contributions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card will be charged on a monthly basis beginning on the date of your initial contribution. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer billing portal or by contacting Bailey@BaileyAlysse.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused days. Bailey reserves the right to modify monthly contribution amounts or discontinue the monthly program at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your card number or full payment details. By making a contribution, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
The Dream Roster is a public leaderboard displaying contributor names and total contribution amounts. The display name shown is chosen by you at the time of your contribution. Names that are offensive, misleading, or impersonating another person may be removed by Bailey without notice. To change or remove your display name or your entry from the roster, contact Bailey@BaileyAlysse.com. Removal requests will be processed within 14 days.
Posts displayed in the "Follow the Dream" section are authored by Bailey Alysse Rivera and published via Substack. All content is the intellectual property of Bailey Alysse Rivera / Bai Creative, LLC. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
