This Privacy Policy applies to the website baileyalysse.com and all pages operated under it, including the consulting and creative services pages and the support and contributions page. It is maintained by Bailey Alysse Rivera, trading as Bai Creative, LLC ("Bailey," "we," "us," or "our").
By using this website or submitting any information through it, you agree to the practices described below.

Section 1Our hosting provider, Netlify, may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information for security and performance purposes. These are governed by Netlify's Privacy Policy. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels of any kind. If analytics are used, they are limited to basic, anonymized traffic data.
Server logs are used solely for security and uptime monitoring. We do not sell or share this data.
Section 2When you submit an inquiry through any contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, and message. Commission and consulting inquiries may also include project details you voluntarily share.
Once an engagement begins, records of communications (email, messaging, voice notes) and any files or documents shared for the purpose of service delivery are retained as part of the service record.
Inquiry data is used solely to respond to your message and assess fit for working together. It is never used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties. If an engagement proceeds, data is used for service delivery, scheduling, invoicing, legal compliance, and professional liability insurance requirements.
Depending on the nature of an engagement, any of the following tools may be used in service delivery: Google Workspace (email, documents, storage), ClickUp (project management), Calendly (scheduling), WhatsApp or Telegram (async messaging for select engagements), Dropbox Sign (contract signatures), Make (workflow automation), and Netlify (website hosting). Each maintains its own privacy policy. We may update the tools we use over time.
Inquiry and contact form data is retained for up to 2 years. Client engagement records are retained for 10 years following the conclusion of the engagement, to meet professional liability insurance requirements. You may request earlier deletion in writing; we will comply where legally permitted.
Consulting and commission engagements do not involve any upfront payment through this website. Discovery calls are complimentary. Payment terms, amounts, and methods are established individually per engagement and confirmed in writing before any work begins. No payment data is collected through the consulting or creative pages.
Section 3Payments. All payment transactions on the support page are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never receive, handle, or store your card number, bank account details, or full billing information. Stripe provides us with a payment confirmation and, for recurring subscriptions, a Stripe customer ID. Your email address is passed to Stripe as part of checkout; on our end, only a one-way cryptographic hash of that email (SHA-256, first 16 characters — unreadable and irreversible) is stored, used solely to associate your contributions on the Dream Roster.
Display name. After a successful contribution, you may choose a display name for the Dream Roster. This is entirely optional. You may request an anonymous name or have your entry changed or removed at any time.
Blog feed. The "Follow the Dream" section loads posts from Bailey's Substack via a server-side RSS fetch. No personal data is collected from readers viewing this content.
Payment processing on the support page is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc., which operates under its own Privacy Policy and is responsible for the security of your payment data. We are not responsible for Stripe's data practices.
Contribution records and display names are used solely to populate the Dream Roster and track progress toward stated creative goals. This data is never used for advertising or profiling.
We do not sell, rent, share, or broker your personal data with any third party, except as required by law or as necessary to process your payment through Stripe.
Contribution records and roster entries are retained for as long as the Dream Roster is active. You may request removal at any time by emailing Bailey@BaileyAlysse.com. Removal will be completed within 14 days.
US (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell personal information. California residents and residents of states with applicable privacy laws may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data.
EU/UK (GDPR): Data is processed under the lawful bases of contractual necessity and legitimate interest. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
