Cultivation

Creativity is for everybody.

Participating in creativity is good for our mental health, our well-being, our sense of connection, and the way we move through the world. You don't need to already feel creative or know where to start. You just have to want more of it.

Maybe you want to fold creativity into your daily lifestyle, work through a specific project, or simply reconnect with a part of yourself that's gone quiet. We will work together on getting creativity to the forefront, shaped around you and what fits most authentically to your personality and lifestyle.

Experiential
Design

Adding the Spark

For anyone shaping a space or a moment: artists with an immersive vision, a restaurant or bar, a vacation rental, a community gathering, a large event, a team-building day, or any experience you want people to move through and remember.

This is about flow, atmosphere, and how people actually experience a place or event from beginning to end. I can consult on the concept and the design, or step in on the production side and help bring it to life. That includes event production consultation, the practical planning, coordination, and logistics behind pulling it off.

Every scope is built around the vision, the size, and how hands-on you want me to be.

Creative Ops
Strategy

Solving Problems

For creative and culture-driven businesses: studios, hospitality, event-based work, small businesses, and entrepreneurs who need stronger structure behind the vision.

This is systems, strategy, operations, and workflow. We build clearer processes, better organization, and more sustainable ways of running the day-to-day so the creative work actually has room to happen. I can consult on the strategy, or I can build and implement the systems with you.

Projects are scoped case by case, based on complexity and what you need.

Whether you want a collaborator to think alongside or someone to help carry the work forward, I can consult with you on the strategy or help you actually build it out.

Support is tailored to your practice, your goals, and where you are right now.

Ways to Work Together →
Bailey Alysse

I am an arts-passionate experience designer and creative strategist, who enjoys solving problems, curating authentic connection and adding spark to a room.

As an intuitive person, I have come to realize that this, paired with emotional intelligence, is a skill that can elevate the way you show up for your colleagues, collaborators and clients. It also allows for a specific acuity that can help bridge connection between others. This feeds into the way an experience is designed.

Coming from a path that started in hospitality and service, moved through art spaces and showcases I produced myself, and grew into a full events and creative career - I know that bringing a room to life successfully is not only in the logistics. While concepting an experience, an attuned intuition and creative thinking can help solve not only the client's objective so they have the best ROI, but how the people on the other end will receive it and have a lasting impression. What are the details I can add in that add the special moment for the people to really connect with why they are in the room in the first place. However, none of this would be possible without the team and collaborators that are a requisite to making this vision come to life - and they are human too. So I tap again into my emotional intelligence for how I can best enable and motivate these teams to feel supported, clear and proud of the work they are doing.

If we are lucky, we find the things we can consider our strengths, we can find integrity in how we show up and we can funnel this through a lens of something we are passionate about. My work has been a culmination of these things; often as the first hire, building companies, venues and showcases from the ground up - accentuated by a love of arts and creativity as a means to connect with ourselves, each other - and to amplify the experiences that allow us to do so.

I also have an evolving practice in painting, sculpture and murals - and am currently diving deeper into exploring ways to bring this more to the front of my every day and professional life.

My idea of success is to live an arts-filled life, while curating experiences, creating platforms and bridging connections that inspire and empower others to pursue their passions.
